I'm an Osteopath and was a colleague of Tammi's at the Dublin Holistic Centre. I started attending Tammi's classes myself just to build up some more core strength and improve my fitness. I had attended a few classes on and off with other instructors and there is really just no comparison between what they were attempting to teach and Tammi's classes. Her passion, her training, her precision coming from her dance background and her knowledge of anatomy all combine to a completely different experience than the classes held at the local gym! Her class sizes are small so that everyone gets the individual attention and correction that they need. Since attending her classes myself, I have gone on to recommend Tammi to a lot of my own patients who are suffering from back pain and they have all been absolutely delighted with the results!!

Tammi was a Godsend to me and my sister when we both needed to get back into shape. We took semi-private classes with her which were great value, as we each felt we got a private session but paid half the price. Tammi makes working out fun but she doesn't allow slacking. I had been feeling overwhelmed after years of gradual weight gain and my sister had had a very bad prognosis for her mobility after a series of back injuries. We both feel on top of the world again; my sister's doctors are astonished that Pilates was all it took for her to make a complete recovery.
