Or... you’re feeling the slump. Tired. A little off track. Maybe even physically unwell or mentally foggy, wondering where the time has gone and how you’re going to keep up the pace.

Whichever side of things you’re on right now, mid-year is a good time to pause.
To take stock.
To acknowledge how far you’ve already come this year.
To celebrate what’s worked—and gently recalibrate where needed.

As a practitioner offering a unique blend of Pilates, EFT-Tapping, and Herbal Medicine, I work with people who are ready to reconnect with themselves—whether it’s through mindful movement, emotional clearing, or holistic support for the body.
