My Pilates work is informed by over 20 years of clinical experience as a Doctor of Phytotherapy (clinical herbal medicine) and practitioner working with nervous system regulation, injury recovery, and whole-body health, alongside Pilates

A Unique Approach:
My Pilates work is informed by over 20 years of clinical experience in herbal medicine, nervous system regulation, and therapeutic movement. A former professional ballet dancer, movement has always been a part of my life.
Classes are always lighthearted, fun and challenging.
