Pregnancy is a time of significant change in the body, and many women look for ways to stay active, manage discomfort, and feel more supported throughout the process.
Pilates can be an excellent way to do this — but not all classes are suitable during pregnancy.
This is where 1–1 Pilates can make a real difference.
Why consider 1–1 Pilates during pregnancy?
During pregnancy, your body is constantly adapting.
A one-to-one session allows us to:
• adapt exercises safely as your body changes
• support good posture and alignment
• reduce back pain and tension
• build strength and maintain mobility in a way that supports your pregnancy

Where appropriate, I also work alongside physiotherapists, osteopaths and other healthcare practitioners to ensure a coordinated and supportive approach.

Pilates during pregnancy is not just about exercise — it can also help you feel more connected to your body and more confident in how you move.
For some, it’s about maintaining strength and mobility.
For others, it’s about creating space to slow down, breathe, and support the body through change.
